We want you to love your new gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition art toys and blind box items must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original Kidrobot packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within 7 days of receiving your label to maintain eligibility.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
